Often when you arrive by the metro you are confuse because it is written: Royal palace – Louvre palace. So we assume that the Louvre is the royal palace. And in fact … no. **There are 2 palaces**: **the palace of the kings of France since 1380**: the Louvre and **the palace of Cardinal Richelieu**: The cardinal palace renamed later the royal palace. It is one of the most visited area of **Paris** as the Louvre welcome more than 10 millions visitors per year, but there is also incredible hidden gems to discover. During this visit we will discover the history of these two palaces and their architectural beauty as well as their secret: as for example why we call the royal palace the casino of Paris.
