hi 食飽未 привіт sveika cześć ciao здрасьте ahoj שלום servus 今日は hola! We are London's community for expats, travelers, "third culture kids" (TCKs) and everyone who has an international, multicultural or multilingual story.
Since 2012 we run weekly socials, excursions and cultural activities while fostering a safe, inclusive and civilised atmosphere.
All our events are volunteer-run, so if you'd like to join or help our team, please message our team account "TP".

-Our events start with some casual socializing until everyone arrives. The actual debate starts around 7:45/8 and lasts about 60-90 minutes, and there's some mingling after the debate, too.

DEBATE FORMAT
Either turn-based debate (Model United Nations style) or table group discussion - we will decide based on turnout on the evening. Typically:
- Introductions and initial thoughts (~15 mins).
- Group breakouts per question (~25 mins).

- Debate the topic, not the participants - no personal attacks!
- No phones, no interrupting, no bystanding

We're one of London's longest-running and largest communities. Since 2012 we run socials, cultural activities and stimulating discussions to foster meaningful exchange and learning among London's global professionals.LOCATION DETAILS
What: Structured debate session followed by social/networking
When: Tuesday, 7:00pm until late. The actual debate will start after 7:30pm to allow more time for socializing
Where: Curzon Aldgate (bar area), 2 Canter Way, E1 8PS
Closest stations: Aldgate East, Aldgate, Tower Hill/Gateway
Cost: Pay for your own meals or drinks
Hosts: We have a rotating team and the actual host of each event varies. Our regular members can also help you out with basic matters.NOTE: like most guests, our volunteer hosts also attend after work and may happen to arrive after the start time. If you are punctual or earlier than our hosts, we highly appreciate this! Please feel free to start socializing already and/or get something to eat or drink - that’s the point of our events anyway. Our regular members can also help you out with any basic matters.

Our Friday Social is the warm, conversation-friendly alternative to the typical nights out. Whether you're new to London or have been here for years, you're very welcome!

- A chilled-out vibe in a central London venue, perfect for making real connections—not just small talk.
- Friendly, international people (ages 20s–30s) who value openness, kindness, and curiosity.
- Great conversations, new friends, and possibly an optional after-party if the mood is right.
We typically host 50–80 people each week, and many attendees return regularly!

🎟 How to Join – Entry by Free Lottery
To ensure a safe, inclusive and diverse space, attendance is limited and managed through a free lottery system. This helps us keep a great group dynamic and prevent overcrowding.

⏰ Timing: Arrive anytime from 7:00 PM. Most people stay until 11PM (or head to the after-party!).
