MEET & DISCUSS at London's top expat social. What to expect:
- Warm and inclusive atmosphere
- Safer, brighter, conversation-friendly venues
- No alcohol peer pressure. Drink responsibly.

We put women first
Over 80% of women in the UK say that nightlife is unsafe (YouGov Oct 2021 poll), mainly because of some men behaving like predators and alcohol/substance abuse. Most events do very little against that, but we want a complete change - old norms should never be an excuse! World Citizens proactively addresses these concerns and designs events for everyone to enjoy a safe and pleasant evening.

WHAT IS WORLD CITIZENS?
London's community for new-in-town, expats, travellers and third culture kids who want to meet in a safe, culturally enriching and thought-provoking space.

HOW TO PARTICIPATE
You MUST enter the ticket lottery at https://worldcitizenfridays.eventbrite.co.uk

*Our 3 simple event rules*
1. Be respectful and courteous. Any harassment, creepy or abusive behaviours will not be tolerated.
2. Be present and considerate. No phones, interruptions or covert sales.
3. Drink responsibly. Alcohol is no excuse for bad behaviour.
Please also respect any venue rules.
Please contact our team account "TP" if anyone made you feel uneasy at an event or by sending unsolicited messages. We actively identify, remove and report troublemakers to the police.
