Live Q&A with Eric Ries (Lean Startup/Incorruptible) & Marcelo Lebre (Remote)
·OnlineOnlineBuilding great companies remotely : an Interactive Conversation with Eric Ries (The Lean Startup & Incorruptible ), Marcello Lebre (Remote ) and Manisha Snoyer (Modulo )
For founders, digital nomads, remote workers, investors, and anyone interested in building organizations that create lasting positive impact.
To celebrate the launch of Eric Ries’ new book, Incorruptible, join us for an interactive online conversation exploring how to build organizations that are innovative, ethical, resilient—and designed to thrive in a remote-first world.
We’ll discuss:
- How to build companies that stay true to their values as they grow
- Leadership in distributed teams
- Remote work and the future of organizations
- Entrepreneurship, AI, and the next generation of startups
- Lessons learned from building global companies and communities
This will be an interactive conversation with plenty of opportunities for audience participation, followed by networking with fellow founders, builders, and digital nomads.
Eric Ries’s new book Incorruptible asks a hard question: why do companies with great intentions so often drift from their mission as they succeed — and how do you build one that doesn’t? Join us for a live conversation exploring what that looks like when your team, and your life, is distributed across the world.
We’ve brought together three people who’ve built (and lived) the remote-first future:
Eric Ries : Creator of the Lean Startup method and author of the New York Times bestseller The Lean Startup, one of the most influential entrepreneurship books of the past two decades. His new book, Incorruptible , is an instant NYT bestseller exploring how founders can build organizations that stay true to their mission even as they grow. Eric has also founded the Long-Term Stock Exchange (LTSE), Answer.AI, and Virgil, and hosts The Eric Ries Show. Eric Ries is the bestselling author of The Lean Startup,
Marcelo Lebre : Co-founder and President of Remote , one of Europe’s most valuable remote-work companies, which helps businesses hire and manage teams anywhere in the world. Based in Lisbon, Marcelo has spent his career building distributed teams and speaks widely on remote leadership. Remote has raised hundreds of millions of dollars and has become one of Europe’s most recognized remote-first companies.
Manisha Snoyer: Founder of Modulo , a global platform helping families design highly personalized education through worldschooling, homeschooling, tutors, microschools, and innovative learning communities, Manisha has spent over two decades as an educator and entrepreneur exploring how technology and community can reshape learning. Manisha previously co-founded Schoolclosureswith Eric Ries, and has taught and mentored thousands of children across three countries.
Together, they’ll dig into what it really takes to build (and raise a family around) a great company without an office — and what “incorruptible” leadership looks like when your team is scattered across time zones.
