Our events are for curious and independent people who enjoy meeting new folk. Most events are focused on art, music, sports, games & cultural exchange.
We often meet in East London, close to Shoreditch, Old Street, Hoxton, Dalston, Liverpool Street, London Fields...etc.

Have you ever wanted to be a contestant on a TV game show like Taskmaster, Qi, Countdown, Pointless, or House of Games...?
Join us for an evening of fun, quick and simple games. You can meet new people, get a little bit competitive, and relax with a drink and some banter on a Tuesday evening in Shoreditch.
The games we play are all short and easy to learn, so there won’t be any difficult rules and you don’t need to have any experience to take part.

We will meet at the Great Beyond Taproom, on Union Walk in Shoreditch.
This is a really nice brewery bar. It's £5 per pint on Tuesdays. And if you're hungry, they get pizza from "Yard Sale" (it’s good).The event is on Tuesday 6th May, starting from 6pm.
We will start the first game at 6:30 and finish by 8pm. Don’t worry if you are late, you can join in at any time (but you are less likely to win the prize).Tickets are £4, but you will get £2 back when you arrive. There are some free early-bird tickets for people who sign-up quickly.

There will be a mix of individual games and team tasks. Games might include…
- Simple dice and card games
- Mini quizzes & trivia games
- Puzzles and clue-solving games
- Artistic games (for everyone - no skills required)
- Team communication games
- Very simple table-top games
- Physical skill games (nothing difficult or strenuous)
- Some silly games which are absurd and a bit nonsensical

This is a small event for 6 to 12 people, so we can have a cosy and friendly group atmosphere. Don’t worry if you are coming to the event alone - most people will be. We always start with some ice-breakers and we will get into teams for some of the games. It will be easy for everyone to join in and meet new people.
We will play at least 8 different games in 90 minutes. There will be breaks and conversation in between each game. There will also be some kind of silly prize for the winner of the evening. If you play stupid games, you get stupid prizes!.
Practical stuff...
Train stations in walking distance are Old Street, Hoxton, Shoreditch High Street, Haggerston & a bit further to Liverpool Street. There are plenty of bus routes to this area (numbers 243, 155, 242, 149…etc.)
Before the event, I will share a link to a WhatsApp group. This is so you can easily find us on the day, and we can start to build a small community of playful people :)
