The parkway south of 191 toward Mt. Pisgah is now open!!! Sleepy Gap overlook is about 4 miles past the 191/arboretum turn-off going south. There is some elevation gain and loss on this one, but (mostly) not too steep. Perfect hike for some moderate cardio!
