In this short online session we will be:

  • Exploring what mindfulness is and what it isn't
  • Looking at the benefits of mindfulness
  • Practicing some short mindfulness techniques
  • Finding out more about the 8-week Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction Training (known as the MBSR) and how you can apply for the next online course or find out more about it.

This is an online session so you are welcome to join us from any location!
