Before we incarnate, our soul—part of a greater collective—designs a path for growth, healing, and the resolution of past karma, both positive and negative. We choose our parents, who chose theirs, creating a lineage that supports our soul’s intentions for this lifetime. This is why family relationships can be so deeply triggering, healing, or both. Our family members carry similar life lessons, gifts, and emotional patterns, offering us a mirror through which we can heal—either individually or together when we choose to do so.
We believe everyone has the capacity for healing self and others. For many, this gift runs in the family lineage, or can be developed by anyone. Interestingly, those with the deepest healing and creative potential often experience the most difficult childhoods. It’s natural to give others what we most need ourselves. However, when we focus solely on healing others—without attending to our own needs—burnout, illness, or emotional exhaustion can follow. Our collective emphasizes the importance of self-healing as a foundation for serving others. We believe we can only truly give to others what we have given to ourselves first.
