Responsive Design in Elementor: Building for Mobile First
Details
More than half your visitors are on their phones—so why design for desktop first? In this hands-on virtual session, we'll flip the script and show you how to build mobile-first websites in Elementor that look sharp on every screen, from phones to tablets to desktops.
What we'll cover:
- Why mobile-first matters (and what it actually means)
- Elementor's responsive editing controls and breakpoints
- Designing with containers and flexbox for flexible layouts
- Adjusting typography, spacing, and images per device
- Hiding, showing, and reordering elements across screens
- Common mobile design mistakes—and how to avoid them
- Testing and previewing your site on real devices
Who should join:
Anyone comfortable with Elementor basics who wants their sites to work beautifully on mobile. If your designs look great on desktop but fall apart on phones, this session is for you.
How it works:
We'll meet over video and share screens so you can follow along step by step as we build and adjust responsive layouts together. There'll be plenty of time for live Q&A.
What to have ready:
A stable internet connection and, ideally, a WordPress site with Elementor installed so you can practice as we go. A laptop or desktop is strongly recommended, with your phone nearby for testing. The meeting link will be sent to registered attendees beforehand.
Come build alongside the community and leave knowing how to design for every screen your visitors use.
