Experience a gentle, grounding Tai Chi practice with Brian Ritter. With over a decade of experience, his classes are fun approachable and potent. Designed to cultivate balance, relaxation, and a calm, clear mind. This class is open to all ages and experience levels whether you’re curious to try Tai Chi for the first time, or you already have a practice and want to move with community.

We’ll explore slow flowing movements, deep breathing, and mindful awareness. The pace is relaxed, the teaching is clear, and everyone is welcome.
