After a short break in January, our first meetup of 2018 takes place just over a week before Valentine's Day. We've organised two sessions that "share the love" in the form of developer tools, tips and tricks and answering all of your questions about using social media for business.
1. Developer tools, tips and tricks by Ross Wintle
Did you know that inside your web browser is a secret toolkit that lets you test websites on mobile devices, do performance and security checks, tweak designs, de-bug code and take screenshots of pages?
If you didn't, then Ross will gently introduce you to the developer tools. If you did then you might learn some advanced dev tools tricks.
Level: Beginner / Intermediate
About Ross: Ross is a freelance website developer, communications consultant and accidental WordPress expert who helps organisations use technology to make the world better.

You'll be welcomed on arrival by our friendly and knowledgable volunteers where you can grab your name badge and get settled in. We aim to start the talks at around 7pm so give yourself plenty of time to get a drink and have a graze from the buffet we provide.
We usually start the night off with some updates about what's happening in the local and national WordPress community and members are welcome to add their own updates. Just speak to one of the organisers before we start if you'd like to say or ask something.
After the first talk we take a break before our second talk. Following that if you want to stick around a few of us usually hang around for another drink and chat. The talks usually finish around 9.00pm (ish).
We will be upstairs in the function room, here is a handy video showing you how to get there: https://www.instagram.com/p/BGy9lM_wC_w/
