Topic Description:
In this session, Aayush will be talking about Digital Accessibility in general and best practices to follow while developing accessible and inclusive WordPress websites.
Speaker Info:
Aayush Shrestha is a Computer Engineering graduate from Kathmandu Nepal, and a Full Stack developer with expertise in UI/UX Engineering and Architecture with more than 5 years of experience. He is currently working as a full stack developer at Keela.co. He is also the author of The Web Accessibility Guide, that was published by NFDN. Having had worked in and for a number of startup projects and companies, his expertise are in User Centered Design and Human Computer Interaction.
This meetup is done in collaboration with our friends at NFDN and CBM.
NFDN is national umbrella body of persons with disabilities and represents more than three hundreds member organizations working for promoting the rights of disabled people throughout the country.
While, the emphasis throughout CBM's work is on local capacity development.
