Write a Latte Meeting - September 2026

Hello, fellow writers!

This month, we will meet at the Royal Oak Public Library for a brief 1-hour meeting (from 1-2 p.m.), followed by a one-hour marketing presentation by Diana Kathryn Penn, author of 14 books, including Marketing Matters for Indie Authors.

• Admission for this month's meeting will be $10 per attendee (to pay for Diana's honorarium).
• Diana's preferred form of payment is to purchase her book Marketing Matters for Indie Authors, which she will present from. Please pre-order the book from her website ( https://www.dkpwriter.com/category/all-products ) by Sept. 1, and mention "Write a Latte" in the notes when checking out). *Diana will bring your book on September 13.
• If you do not wish to purchase Diana's book, please bring $10 cash on the day of the event.

You'll leave this meeting with one specific, marketing-related goal for the next month.
