You're warmly invited to join Time To Focus (a sample session)!
This is designed for you if you want to overcome procrastination, get more done in your life and work, if you have ADHD, or simply find it hard to focus — through a friendly, no-judgment, shared, gentle structure, held in compassionate community with others
NOTE: Whilst we are an entity normally dedicated to creative writing, this membership is open to anybody. This is a professional group coaching session for people who want to take control of their lives.
We sometimes use reflective writing to support the process, but you do not need to be a creative writer to take part ✍️
### Time to Focus ⏳
In this session, we’ll work together to establish a genuinely fun, calm, compassionate way of getting tasks done — overcoming procrastination, managing life, and making progress in your career, relationships, friendships, creativity, or anything else you’d like to bring to the table
This session includes creative exercises (*suitable for those with ADHD, but open to everyone) to help you focus, articulate solutions, and actually take action — so you’re moving forward and expanding your life as you go

Time to Focus is for minds that drift, resist, overthink, freeze, sprint, stall, or burn out
For people who have tried systems, hacks, planners, timers, and willpower — and still feel quietly at war with how they work ⚔️

You’re invited to come as you are — distracted, tired, curious, sceptical, hopeful — and let a different relationship with focus slowly take shape
Time to Focus is for people who want less pressure, more clarity, and a kinder way forward ✨
