An in-person writing group based in Northwest Arkansas
Do you keep talking about that one writing project, but rarely get around to working on it? Do you spend more time consuming content about how to write than actually writing? Do you find it easier to work when there are others around you doing the same thing? We do, too! Welcome to Write Next to You NWA, a group where we literally write next to each other. Join us, pencil that writing session into your agenda, and get writing! Talk about your project or keep it mysterious. Vent and brainstorm, or don’t. Very low pressure. Critiques and read-alouds possible, but not the primary focus. The in-person meetings are for writing productivity.
If you wish to receive feedback on your work, please drop it in the group Discord, email it to me (with preferences on whom I should send it to), or print out copies to bring to our meeting. These will be reviewed and returned to you next meeting. Please see rules for exceptions.
The Discord is for members who have shown up for an in-person meeting only. If you wish to be invited, please ask me when you see me!
