The past few months have been nothing short of a sudden and dramatic shock to every aspect of life and work.

While this has been a steeper, deeper and faster change, Monalisa Agrawal has had the distinct pleasure of being in the midst of change, especially business transformations for the past few years.

What happens when this transformation/ change is in the face of distress? What happens when there are voluntary and forced departures, where teams have been decimated, morale is low, random new teams are formed? Mona will share her experiences and some key lessons she learned on how to lead through business transformations and build resilient teams

About the speaker:
Monalisa Agrawal is a seasoned software developer, organization builder and technical strategist. Over the past 20 years, Mona worked across a variety of technology stacks to build businesses in web services, financial services, enterprise security & networking and industrial design. She is passionate about building high performing engineering teams that balance strategic goals, product delivery and long-term growth of the individuals. Mona was a Senior Engineering Manager with Meetup during the tumultuous Wework acquisition. Currently she is a Senior Engineering Manager at Capital One.
