Content Design or Content Strategy? How Canva uses both to scale customer support

Canva’s User Voice group has a lot of content. From Help Centre articles and chat bot flows, to email macros, a knowledge base, auto responders, and in-product nudges - well designed content is critical to the user experience.

So what sort of roles do you need to deliver this complex, interconnected ecosystem?
