Write the Docs Barcelona Town Hall Event (online)

Following our recent discussions about European meetup networks in the new Write the Docs Europe Slack channel, we're hosting an online Write the Docs Barcelona Town Hall event.

The idea: A dedicated session to discuss the future direction of our group.

What we'd cover:

• Naming discussion - Should we think about renaming the group to "WTD Western Europe (Barcelona)" or something similar? Other ideas? Would you like to see a wider European group?
• Topics brainstorming - What do YOU want to hear about in 2025?
• Annual schedule planning - How often should we meet? What format works best?
• Community building - How can we better connect with other European groups?
• Resource sharing - What support would help our local community grow?

Why now? There's clearly energy around strengthening the European WTD community following Write the Docs Berlin, and this feels like the perfect time to get everyone's input on how the Barcelona groups fits into that vision.

Format:

• Virtual meetup for broader European participation
• Open floor for community suggestions
