Write the Docs Bay Area 2025 Townhall 📢
Details
We hosted nine meetups, with a tenth happening after this event, including several in-person gatherings, virtual sessions, and even a community hike at Lake Chabot. In total, we welcomed more than 500 registered attendees, featured 26 unique speakers with diverse perspectives and at different stages in their careers, and partnered with 3 sponsors for four in-person events.
Even though 2025 was a strong reboot compared to previous years, we know there is still room to grow. The purpose of this Townhall is to gather your input so we can make Write the Docs Bay Area even more valuable to your professional development in 2026 and beyond as we work toward becoming the number one professional networking meetup in the Bay Area.
We will also highlight the many ways you can get involved as an active community member. Volunteering is a powerful way to give back, gain new skills, and expand your network, all while supporting a community we care about.
