It's time to reconnect with other documentarians! Join us for a focused and friendly conversation about docs migration projects:

Are you planning to migrate your docs to a new tool? Have you already migrated, or maybe you just wish you could? If you have success stories or lessons learned, prepare to share! If you have questions, prepare to ask!

Here are a few questions to get the conversation started:

• What factors have you considered when researching new tools?
• How well do the factors and tools you’re considering line up with the WHY of it all? Put more succinctly: Why are you (or your company) interested in migrating?
• How do you motivate stakeholders for a large tool migration project?
• What kinds of planning and preparation do you recommend? What are the essential steps before migration starts, during migration, and after migration?
• How do you know whether a migration was successful?

Bring your thoughts and questions, and attend for as long as your schedule allows. Our goal is to give you an opportunity to support and network with each other.

The discussion will be held on Zoom, and the link will be posted on the Meetup event by the previous evening. To attend, please RSVP to the Meetup event. We use the attendees list to screen out Zoom bombers, so it's especially helpful if you have the same display name in Zoom as your name on Meetup.
