AI is becoming part of many documentation workflows, but how do you turn that into a clear, repeatable strategy?

At this month’s meetup, we’ll focus on how to build an AI docs strategy by identifying gaps in your current approach, creating practical playbooks, and using automation to support consistent, scalable documentation.

In this session, Maddy Onyehara (Technical Writer, Cloudflare), Jun Lee (Senior Technical Writer, Cloudflare), and Anita Achu (Technical Writer, Upsun) will walk through how to approach AI in documentation in a structured way. This includes spotting where current workflows fall short, designing playbooks teams can rely on, and introducing automation that improves quality without adding unnecessary complexity.
