The people behind code4lib have invited us to participate in pre-conference lightning talks / breakout sessions on Monday Feburary 9.

Want to talk documentation with library/archives technology people? code4lib, a “volunteer-driven collective of hackers, designers, architects, curators, catalogers, artists and instigators from around the world, who largely work for and with libraries, archives and museums on technology ‘stuff’"[1] will be holding their 10th annual conference in PDX, and we’d like to meet you to talk all things documentation.

We share common issues surrounding documentation, but we also have unique perspectives and expertise that both sides can share. The barcamp preconference will be a mix of lightning talks and breakout sessions based on topics people want to discuss and collaborate; possibly even hack something together to show to the group. You can choose to attend a half day or stay for the entire day – there will be slots for lightning talks and breakouts for both morning and afternoon sessions.

Coffee will be provided. Lunch is on your own. Please let us know if you have any questions.
