Artificial intelligence entered the public sphere just under three years ago, yet its impact on the workplace remains uncertain. Competing narratives and mixed messages continue to shape public understanding. The data tells a similarly ambiguous story: while AI has delivered some efficiencies, its most ambitious promises have yet to be fulfilled. Likewise, although challenges have emerged around AI implementation in the workplace, the most dire predictions—such as widespread job displacement—have not materialized.
Technical communication has felt these effects as well. Results vary widely across organizations, with outcomes ranging from significant transformation to minimal impact.
In this seminar, Dr. Stephen Carradini will examine the current state of AI implementation, highlighting trends that are gaining traction based on real-world developments. A Q&A session will follow the presentation.
