We're excited to kick off 2026 with a topic that sits at the heart of good documentation – understanding who we're writing for and how to communicate with them effectively.

User personas help us create documentation that truly serves our audience, while storytelling techniques can transform dry technical content into something people actually want to read and engage with. Whether you're documenting APIs, writing user guides, or creating onboarding materials, these skills can make your work more impactful.

Join us as Thays Santos, a Product Designer with over 10 years of experience in the tech industry, shares her insights on using personas and storytelling to create better user experiences.
