Technical writers sometimes have to interview subject matter experts (SMEs) for the deeper details of how something works. After asking the SME a number of questions, you then face the arduous task of converting all that gleaned information into some type of document. John Davenport will talk to us about how his new program makes this process a lot less painful, using AI to convert a transcript of an interview into a list of topics and do most of the writing for you.
