When life is loud, long explanations invite debate. In this circle, we practice short, neutral, repeatable boundaries—the kind that protect your peace and your time.
What this is: a guided Writing Circle (breath → prompts → optional shares → one tiny next step).
What this isn’t: therapy, advice hour, or “fixing.” We witness—no cross-talk
