19 years ago, Ray Anderson was one of 13 writers to show up at the very first Arlington Writers Group meeting. He helped shape the group into what it is today - a thriving and supportive group of writers of all skill levels, interests, and goals.

We lost Ray in 2020 and because of the pandemic, we weren't able to celebrate his life sufficiently. His wife and conscience, Christine, passed earlier this year.

Their daughters, Jackie and Katie, have organized this celebration of their parents' lives and have invited AWG members. (And even if you didn't know Ray personally, you have been influenced by him b/c he has always been a guiding light for the group!)
