Writers Circle - In-Person

Hello! If you are a writer looking for a supportive group in a cozy coffee shop, you have found the right place. We discuss writing, motivation, and let each writer tell us how we can help.

We're a fun and smart group. We cover novels, scripts, shorts, non-fiction, poetry, fantasy, sci-fi, business writing, you name it.

We primarily discuss writing from members (submitted and read ahead of time) but also discuss famous writers, seminars, poetry, writing technique, and publishing. We also do an occasional workshop.

We are meeting at Orchard Valley Coffee in Campbell.

You are not required to submit any works, feel free to just come participate and get to know us.

Format will be to submit writing ahead of time (and read the material ahead of time). We will then do a round-robin on feedback tailored to the writer. Authors should specify the type of feedback and help they are looking for. Submittals should be <= 6,000 words per session. Arrangement needs to be made for larger manuscripts.
