Did you know that writing can help relieve stress, deepen awareness, and enhance your sense of well-being?

Join us for writing workshops, aimed at non-writers and writers alike, that provide a safe and supportive space to write deeply and authentically about important life events. The only requirement is a desire to write.

Inspired by the Amherst Writers & Artists workshop method, participants will be guided through writing exercises each session, with the choice to read (or not) for positive feedback.
