As the warmer months roll in and our calendars begin to breathe a little, something stirs — a quiet invitation to notice all the many selves that make up this one wild life.
You know the ones. The part of you that leaps off the high dive without thinking twice. The part that can't sleep, or sleeps too much. The binge-watcher. The coffee-drinker. The one who gets things done — pushing, creating, building. And the one who criticizes, loves fiercely, hates occasionally, and sometimes just feels completely overwhelmed. The spring cleaner. The summer dreamer.
There are so many parts of us, each doing exactly what they do — and here's the beautiful thing: we get to honor all of them.
There's an old saying that captures this perfectly — be in it, not of it. Not detached. Not numb. Fully present to every part of the experience, and yet... not swept away by it.
Imagine floating on a calm, still body of water. There's so much happening around you — noise, motion, feeling — but underneath you is something steady. Something that holds. You're not trying to stop the waves. You're just not letting them knock you overboard.
That's the invitation this season. To witness your many selves with curiosity and warmth. To let them move through you without defining you or destabilizing you.
You contain multitudes. And you are also the one watching — steady, open, and beautifully whole.
Expect a morning of poignant writing prompts, intimate sharing and moments of deeper introspection as we explore cleaning house internally and externally.
“Within every room of the self, something waits to be dusted off, aired out, or gently released. Spring is not just a season—it’s an invitation to come home to yourself.”
