My name is April Horton, and I am a trained Life Coach and a Writing to Heal Coach with a background in psychology. In my work I use therapeutic writing because I believe it is one of the best ways to reduce anxiety. In this free class I will explain what therapeutic writing is and how it can help. Make sure to bring a pen and paper because we will be doing a short therapeutic writing exercise so you can get a taste of what this work is all about.
