My name is April Horton, and I am a trained Life Coach and a Writing to Heal Coach with a background in psychology. In my work I use therapeutic writing because I believe it is one of the best ways to reduce anxiety. In this free class I will explain what therapeutic writing is and how it can help. Make sure to bring a pen and paper because we will be doing a short therapeutic writing exercise so you can get a taste of what this work is all about. I will also be going over the details of my upcoming workshop called "Writing to Heal Anxiety". It is going to be a deep dive into easing anxiety symptoms. It will go on for six weeks on zoom. We will meet for 1.5 hours a week as a group and towards the end of the group I will offer you a 45-minute coaching session to integrate all that you have learned and to see what the next steps are.
