PANTSER OR PLOTTER?

Writers divide into two general groups: pantser or plotter. The former just dives right in. The latter carefully crafts an entire novel before ever starting to actually write. Florida author Tim Dorsey once said, "I write out the entire plot and once I start writing, I forget about it." I used to be 100% pantser but a few debacles has changed some of my habits.
We'll explore, among other topics, writing habits and techniques for making your writing time more productive. We'll also touch on Plotting 101, plots vs. themes, and what Martha Grimes wrote about success. PLEASE NOTE this meeting will be the second Monday of July.
