Nasze kolejne spotkanie odbędzie się w środę 28. kwietnia w wersji online.

Spotkanie standardowo rozpoczniemy od godziny 18:00. Po około 15 minutach wprowadzenia rozpoczną się prezentacje. Spotkanie będzie transmitowane live z siedziby naszego sponsora Sii i publikowane na naszych kanałach społecznościowych.

Przedstawiamy Wam tematy najbliższych prezentacji oraz prelegentów.

1. Krzysztof Wesołowski - "Android Automotive OS - Introduction from C++ perspective"

Opis:

BIO:
Krzysztof Wesołowski - Programista Embedded, Product Owner, Architekt - od zawsze na styku programowania i biznesu, zastanawiając się jak robić rzeczy ciekawe i cenne dla innych. Od prawie 4 lat współpracuje z Volvo Cars, pracując przy pierwszych samochodach z natywnym Androidem na pokładzie, dzieląc czas pomiędzy development (C++, Python), testy, Outlooka i Jire. Wciąż uczy się od lepszych, jednocześnie odkrywając jak łatwo strzelić sobie w stopę :)

2. Adrian Ostrowski - "Building and Packaging Modern C++"

Opis:
"Have you ever seen someone trying to build a house with their bare hands? Probably not. That’s what tools are for. To make our lives easier. Are you sure you’re using the best tools to help you develop your application?

This talk will demonstrate a plethora of utilities that can help you write better code. And do it much faster. Most examples will be specific to C++, while others are language-agnostic.

You’ll learn how to cache your build results, and how to use your coworkers' spare CPU cycles to speed up your build times. Moreover, you’ll discover how to provide the same build and execution environment for all the developers in your project. Last but not least, we’ll showcase ways to check your code during builds and at commit time."

BIO:
Adrian is a Modern C++ enthusiast interested in the development of both the C++ language itself and the high-quality code written in it. He's a lifelong learner always eager to share his knowledge. Recently, he poured it into his latest book, Software Architecture with C++.
His past projects range from parallel computing, through fiber networking, to working on a commodity exchange's trading system. Currently, he's one of the architects of Intel and Habana's integration with machine learning frameworks.
In his spare time, Adrian used to promote music bands and learn to fly a glider. Currently, he likes riding his bicycle and browsing memes.
