Mastering Your Brag Document

​When people ask us about our achievements at work, most of us just say, "I was just doing my job." We work hard, finish big projects, fix bugs, and help our teammates. But when it's time for a review or a talk about a promotion, we forget all the great things we did.
​This workshop is for anyone in tech, whether you work in QA, coding, design, product management, or any other role. It is a simple way to stop letting your hard work go unnoticed. We will focus on the Brag Document. It is a quick and easy tool to write down your wins, numbers, and growth in one place without feeling like you are bragging.
​This is a hands-on offline session. Everyone will take a pen and build their own Brag Document right on the spot.
