Join us for the next meetup of Write the Docs Calgary. Guest speaker Marcus Udokang will explain how you can lead and influence others as a project manager without having official authority. He will show you how to gather pertinent information for a project, build rapport, facilitate meetings, and know what tools and techniques to use and when.

Marcus is an IT consultant, writer, and presenter, specializing in project management and business analysis, specifically business applications, requirements analysis, and business process management. He has worked in various industries including financial services, oil and gas, and IT training/education.
