Write the Doc Calgary is an opportunity to meet with technical writers and other documentarians in the Calgary area.
Our guest speaker for the May 10 meetup will be Beth Haggerty. Passionate about topic-based authoring and single-sourcing, Beth specializes in embedded HELP systems for software. A certified Metadata & Taxonomy Specialist, she’s fanatical about information consistency and making it findable for end-users. Beth is the podcaster of justSayIT, Technical Writers’ LAUGH. Imparting wisdom garnered over her years as a tech-writer in technical communications management, she delivers worthwhile tips in a comedy club style in palatable 10-minute sound-bytes.
