Welcome to the ones looking for something that gets better with time. I teach Tai Chi, it has many benefits for one’s self. I offer forms-open hand form, tai chi fan form, tai chi sword form. Chi gong for breath and building chi, bouncing, push hands.

Tai chi teaches stillness, balance, flow, confidence, structure with no muscle, and many others as well. If you’re looking for a journey to one’s self reach out to me.
