Würzburg International – Walk & Connect (Sunday, 18 October 2026, 11:00)

Hi everyone!
A few weeks ago I started a small project called Würzburg International – Walk & Connect – a community for internationals and English-speaking people who want to meet new people, make friends, and explore the area together. The format is simple: we walk, we talk, we get to know each other. No perfect English required, everyone's welcome.

Our next walk is coming up – we'll start at 11:00 in front of Glück und Gut on the Bürgerbräu grounds. From there, we'll head uphill through the woods to the cemetery at Oberzell Monastery, walk through the monastery grounds to the herb garden, and return along the Main. The route is about 5 km and should take around 1½ hours, so we'll be back around 12:30.

You can reach Bürgerbräu by taking tram line 4 to its final stop in Zellerau.

Afterwards, we're planning to head to the Wasserhäusle beer garden for a drink – a nice excuse to sit down and get to know each other a bit. Depending on the weather, we may choose another location.
