Sunday Ultimate Frisbee

Hi all! I'm Leo from Wuxi Freedom Ultimate Frisbee Club. Welcome to our weekly training sessions in Sunday afternoon.

We meet, stretch, toss the disk around, run, chat much, play a game of Ultimate, sweat, laugh, breathe (a bit) cleaner air, go for drink, dinner, or home happy!

Any level is welcome! If you're a novice, come and learn how to throw the disk around; if you're a pro, come and teach some fancy tricks. If you're somewhere in-between, you'll feel right at home. It's great fun for everyone!
