This month, we're taking a step back from the specific asset to focus on the engine that drives any successful investment portfolio: the business itself. Join us for a special presentation with serial entrepreneur Mike Hoffmann on how to build and scale a business and community using Virtual Assistants (VAs) and AI. While Mike's primary venture is in automated vending, his talk will focus on the universal systems, automation, and technology that can be applied to scale a real estate portfolio, streamline property management, or grow any entrepreneurial enterprise.

Mike Hoffmann, AKA "Mr. Passive," is a passive-income strategist who began his career as a strength & conditioning coach earning a modest income. Inspired by the high-margin, scalable nature of vending machines, he built a portfolio of over 100 smart machines, generating significant monthly revenue. His expertise is directly relevant to our group, as he teaches his students how to identify high-foot-traffic locations like apartment buildings, pitch property managers, and negotiate placement- skills every real estate investor can leverage. Mike, who also invests in real estate and short-term rentals, lives in Eugene with his wife and three young kids.

Monthly meetings are held to network with and learn from local investors and industry professionals about various aspects of real estate investing, including financing, property management, and market trends. Meetings are held on the second Wednesday of each month at 6:00 PM. Our speaker starts at 6:30 PM and generally wraps up about 7:30 PM, with many in the group staying to network until about 8:30 PM.
