🌿 Come and join me for a full moon yoga and guided meditation. This session will help us clear the mind, body and spirit, and release anything that no longer serves us.

🧘‍♀️ I will do seated (floor) Kundalini and some Yin Yoga, finishing with a guided imagery or colour healing meditation. At the end, I leave the Zoom on, but turn off the camera and mute the mic so that you can stay relaxed or go to sleep. If you want to get back up, do set your alarm.

I am a Yin Yang Chinese 5 Element & Meditation teacher who has been practicing for over 9 years and teaching for 4
