Help out at the Celebrate B.C. Festival in Coquitlam!

We’re looking for enthusiastic volunteers to help out at our table at the Celebrate B.C. Festival on Monday, August 3, 2026!

📍 Location: Town Centre Park (exact booth location TBC)

🕘 Time: Arrive at 10:30 AM and assist us with running our booth until 5:00 PM.

💬 What you'll be doing:
– Helping set up our display.
– Greeting event-goers and chatting about salmon and watersheds.
– Handing out info and helping guests with our display.
– Encouraging folks to get involved in protecting wild salmon!

– A chance to talk about salmon all day. 🐟

✅ Important Info
– Confirmation Required: To ensure your spot, please email sean@watershedwatch.ca within 1 day of signing up to confirm your participation.
– Registration Confirmation: After registering, you will receive an email from us confirming your status as a volunteer, along with further instructions and information.
– Parking Details: Public parking may be available around Town Centre Park, Pinetree Community Centre, and Douglas College. 🅿️
However, please note that parking may be limited at the event.
– Public Transit Access: The Celebrate B.C. Festival is a ten-minute walk from the Lafarge Lake-Douglas Skytrain station. 🚌
– Carpooling Access: Carpooling may be available. Please contact sean@watershedwatch.ca to inquire.
