Walk with us to shine a light on men’s health and suicide prevention. This community hike is about showing up—creating a safe, welcoming space where conversations can breathe and people can feel less alone.
Our group of ten men is rallying behind Movember to remind every man: it’s okay to reach out when life feels heavy. Come as you are. Bring a friend. Let’s move, talk, and stand together for something that matters.
We’ll take an easy, two-mile loop through the trails—a short, steady walk on a cool November afternoon. The hike is open to all ages and genders. Please dress warm and comfortable.
Every minute, somewhere in the world, a man dies by suicide. Many of us are committing to walk or run 60 miles in November to keep this reality in view and to help change it—by building more places where men can speak honestly and be met with care.
