Have you ever looked in the mirror and thought, 'That's not me!'

Sometimes the reflection we see doesn't match how we feel inside. Maybe life's pressures, expectation or relationships have clouded who we really are. The moment of dis-connect can actually be an invitation- to pause, reflect and re-connect with our true self, the person beond roles, labels and appearances.

Tea and coffee will be provided.
