Join us every Wednesday evening for an Introduction to Meditation!

We meet up to do a guided Buddhist meditation together.

Before the meditation starts, there will be a short talk to introduce and explain who we are and how the meditation works.

If you are new to Buddhism or meditation, it is an ideal place to start.

All are welcome to attend. There is no charge for coming along.
