Creative Family Therapy, Inc is interested in reaching out to those signed up with A.U.M in offering group therapy to those living in California.
Creative Family Therapy is based in Thousand Oaks, CA and is focused on elevating lives through mindful practices, spirituality, expressive, and healing arts.
Most Insurances accepted. Cash fee will be $40, some sliding scale available.
Fridays:
Cr8tive Unity group Fridays 9:00 am on ZOOM.
This is an opportunity to explore each others similarities and differences through the creative arts , meditation, spirituality, writing, somatic experiencing, and guided imagery in a safe environment.
In this weekly virtual group we will process emotional and somatic healing, receive blessings, explore talents, identify spiritual gifts, release love and unity.
Each meeting will include a short lesson, individual or group project, and sharing. We will learn to cultivate positive change in our lives. No previous art experience necessary.
