Genealogy SIG

The Genealogy Special Interest Group (SIG) meets at the main branch of the Dayton-Montgomery County Library on 215 East 3th St · Dayton, OH 45402. We discuss genealogy and using computers to help locate your ancestors.

This is a new meeting place. We are now at the brand new building downtown. The building offers an underground parking area with direct access to the library, and it's free. Come early and check out the Genealogy section.

We also discuss other genealogy activities in the area.

Jay Finley is our SIG leader. He recently helped Brian Cranston of "Breaking Bad" locate his ancestor buried in the Dayton VA National Cemetery.
