What we’re about
Filmmaking Porto – Pitch & Development Group is a monthly Meetup focused on developing creative film projects through collaboration and shared momentum.
Some people come with ideas or projects that need help. Others come with creative skills like writing, shooting, editing, producing, or acting, and want to put them to use on something real.
When those things line up, collaboration happens. Sometimes paid, sometimes volunteer — but always with the goal of moving projects forward.
Sessions are structured but relaxed, with time for focused discussion and optional social time afterward. We also plan occasional hands-on workshops, like Saturday morning stunt fighting classes, plus seasonal events.
