The Centre for Arts and Ideas, a branch of the Gurdjieff Foundation of Toronto, will hold a workshop introducing the ideas and methods of Gurdjieff. Through music, exercises, discussion and Q & A, we will explore Gurdjieff’s practical way to understand the fundamental questions, “Who am I?” and “Why am I here?”
